Are you ready to drop all your responsibilities and set off on a walk of several hundred kilometres? To surround yourself with Spain, its picturesque nature, small towns with a thousand years of history, the company of strangers from all over the world, wine and food – and finally to find time to put your thoughts in order?
“The Best Book about the Camino” is a book about searching, set against the backdrop of an ancient Christian pilgrimage that has become the most popular long-distance walking route in the world today. People set out on it for many different reasons: some to heal the wounds of loss, others to find the impulse and inspiration for a new life, others to look for God, and some to find themselves. It is a road of miracles, and everyone on it is a magician.
Maksym Bespalov has walked the Way of St James more than a dozen times and finally felt inspired to write the book about the Camino he had dreamt of ever since he first heard about the route.
