Can poetry become a space for reflection, rest and a deeper understanding of ourselves and others? Yes! Especially in the company of favourite poems that can stir the soul and bring people closer together.
The Ukrainian Book Club invites everyone to a Ukrainian Poetry Evening at the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu). It is a special opportunity to immerse ourselves together in the world of Ukrainian poetry. The evening is for anyone who would like to spend time among fellow poetry lovers and share their favourite poems.

What will it look like?
During the evening, everyone is welcome to bring their own poetry book and read selected poems aloud. The event will focus on Ukrainian poets born in January, such as Vasyl Symonenko, Vasyl Stus, Volodymyr Sosiura, Pavlo Tychyna and Maksym Kryvtsov.
The meeting is open to all, and its aim is to create a space for sharing poetry, inspiration and reflections. No special preparation is needed – just bring a book and be ready to enjoy a literary evening together.
