Art therapy is a creative and very gentle method of working with the subconscious. It helps you discover new sides of your personality and listen to your body and soul. In our groups we create a friendly and supportive atmosphere, share our experiences, achievements and wisdom, and discuss topics that matter to us.

Each session will be devoted to a specific psychological theme (identifying your emotional state, finding and rebuilding resources, releasing tension and aggression, etc.). In each session we will engage in a particular type of creative activity (drawing, sculpture, etc.). All the necessary materials will be provided.

Topic of the first session: Introduction. Identifying your current emotional state. Working through the experience of emigration

When: 26 March (Wednesday), 17:00-20:00

Where: Passage of Dialogue, ul. Świdnicka 19

Language: Ukrainian, Russian

Facilitator: Svitlana Voloshyna, psychologist, art therapist and Gestalt therapist, works with metaphorical cards
