This year’s slogan, “Znajdź się wśród życzliwych” (Find Yourself Among Kind People), encourages us to share kind words, humour and support every day.

Disinformation and hate speech – how to stop violence from escalating – a workshop for adults

During the session, participants will learn how to recognise hate speech and tell it apart from constructive criticism, and how to respond so as to prevent violence from escalating. The workshop will be an opportunity to reflect on why people post hate and how to build a culture of mutual respect online. In the practical part, participants will do exercises showing how to respond to verbal abuse with empathy and composure.
