08.11 | Psychological Workshops: Art Therapy for Women

Our next psychological session is dedicated to women who have faced the challenges of emigration and wish to better understand their identity in a new environment. During the workshop we will work on discovering our strengths and building a positive self-image.

You will take part in art therapy exercises such as making masks and “identity trees”. The masks will symbolise the connection between your past identity and your new roles in Poland, while the trees will show your roots and how you are growing in a new country.
