Ukraiński klub książki w Przejściu Dialogu! Okładka książki "Lazarus" Svitłana Taratorina

We invite everyone to the monthly meetings of the Ukrainian Book Club, where we will discover and delve into a wide range of literature.

The first meeting of 2024 will take place on 12 January at 17:00 at ul. Świdnicka 19.

Admission free, no registration required!

Book of the month: “Lazarus” by Svitlana Taratorina.

We will keep you posted about the dates of further meetings!

“Ukrainian Book Club” was founded at the end of 2021 by three Ukrainian writers: Yaroslava Lytvyn, Anna Demina and Larysa Rudak. Another writer, Jana-Maria Kushnerova, later joined the group. Since September 2023 the meetings have been held at the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu).

We read and discuss contemporary and classic Ukrainian and international prose. What we read is up to you, as participants themselves suggest the books for discussion.

We communicate in Ukrainian, so it is a great opportunity for anyone living in a Polish-speaking environment to brush up their Ukrainian.
