That is why we are delighted to announce our latest event – a free training session entitled “The Job Market – Explore, Understand, Act!”. Understanding today’s job market, its trends and mechanisms, is the key to career success.
During the meeting, participants will learn:
what the current situation on the local job market is,
how to use the OCCUPATIONAL BAROMETER (Barometr Zawodów) tool,
which job-search methods are effective and successful,
what services the public employment services offer to jobseekers (the services of the Career Information and Planning Centre of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Labour Office (DWUP) and of district labour offices (PUP), the EURES network and employment agencies).
Finally, the careers advisers will outline what employers expect from job candidates and explain what hard and soft skills are.
