What art therapy methods are there? Fairy-tale therapy, bibliotherapy, music therapy, plasticine therapy and more. Using these methods, our creative meetings for women will help you recharge your batteries, immerse yourself in your creative self and enjoy discovering who you are, the richness of your inner world and your talents, and find the resources to carry out your plans and make your dreams come true.

Meeting schedule:

19.03 (17:00 to 20:00) – Hello, creativity!

02.04 (17:00 to 20:00) – My resource box

14.05 (17:00 to 20:00) – My fear, my opportunity

04.06 (17:00 to 20:00) – To be or not to be – it’s up to me!

Our experienced psychologist and art coach will lead the workshops, creating an atmosphere of acceptance, support and safety, and will help you discover new possibilities and skills.

Art therapy sessions for women are not only a chance to express yourself through art, but also a wonderful opportunity to make new connections, share stories and support one another.
