Leaving your own country and community often means giving up the profession you have worked in so far. It is a difficult moment in life, full of questions and doubts: How? Where? How do I start? Will I cope with the language? With the paperwork? Will I manage working for a Polish employer? Will I find a job at all? Or perhaps I should take matters into my own hands and start my own business?
“I understand what you are facing,” says the facilitator, Kinga Matuszek – a qualified careers adviser, HR professional, project coordinator, mum to four-year-old Marcel and advocate of work–life balance. Inviting you to the meetings, she promises: “Together we will clear up all these doubts and, instead of focusing on fear, we will concentrate on giving direction to what you do.”
And what if this turning point could become… exciting?
