Free Support Group for Women with Kalejdoskop Kultur in Ukrainian

If you are going through a difficult time in your life right now, experiencing change, feeling overwhelmed, or sensing that your usual ways of coping no longer give you support…

The Kalejdoskop Kultur Foundation invites you to join a women’s support group where you can pause, take a breath and look for new sources of support within yourself. Over the course of the meetings we will gradually explore other ways of being with ourselves, going through change, making decisions and coping with strain – with greater awareness, maturity and inner clarity.

How the group works:
– a closed group with fixed membership;
– each meeting has its own theme;
– conversation, sharing experiences and support;
– reflection and practical tools.

What you gain from taking part:
– a better understanding of your state and of what is happening to you;
– greater inner clarity in times of change;
– better contact with your needs, boundaries and inner points of reference;
– less living on “autopilot”, under tension and with a constant “I must”;
– more contact with yourself and your decisions;
– a stronger sense of inner support;
– the experience that you are not alone with this.

When? starting 22.04, every Wednesday, 17:00-19:00
Where? the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu), ul. Świdnicka 19 (Świdnicka pedestrian underpass)
