Information consultations at the WroMigrant point
WroMigrant, the municipal information point for migrants and refugees, provides individual advice and assistance (in the form of consultations) both to people already living in Wrocław and to those just arriving in our city. We also refer the people who use our consultations to the appropriate institutions and organisations.
WroMigrant consultants provide information in five languages: Polish, Ukrainian, English, Belarusian and Russian. All consultations are free of charge.
Scope of consultations:
- legalisation of stay and international protection;
- legalisation of employment;
- medical care;
- social welfare;
- official matters (PESEL number, registration of residence, e.g. car registration, exchange of driving licence, PIT tax return);
- education, childcare and learning Polish;
- support in crisis situations, e.g. homelessness or experience of human trafficking;
- other matters, according to needs.
