The Wrocław Centre for Social Development (WCRS) is looking for a person to carry out promotion and social media tasks as part of the “Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu)” project.
The Passage of Dialogue is a place for meetings and activities that foster social and intercultural dialogue. We run and co-run workshops, debates, campaigns, exhibitions and other activities on social and intercultural themes. We provide information and integration activities for migrant and refugee communities. Wrocław residents themselves can also use the space to put their ideas for free, open community activities into practice.

Requirements:

the ability to write copy for social media, the website and information materials;
-
proven experience of managing social media (Facebook, Instagram) independently;
-
the ability to record short videos and reels and to use video editing software;
-
experience of project work;
-
a very good command of spoken and written Polish;
-
a good command of English and/or Ukrainian (knowledge of other languages, such as Russian or Belarusian, will be an additional advantage);
-
sufficient knowledge of graphics software to create simple graphic materials independently (e.g. Adobe suite, Canva Pro);
-
knowledge of current trends in multimedia and the ability to apply them in practice;
-
attention to detail, and accuracy of content and language.

a proactive approach, responsibility for assigned tasks and reliability;

the ability to solve problems independently and learn quickly;

good communication skills, openness to other cultures, and courtesy and tact;
Responsibilities:
-
actively promoting the activities and offer of the Passage of Dialogue among various target groups;
-
running the social media profiles and the WordPress website – creating and planning content, moderating profiles;
-
preparing graphic and video materials (posts, reels, videos);
-
writing and editing promotional and information texts in Polish (posts, articles, press releases), and translating selected texts into English or other languages you know;
-
taking photographs of events and meetings, and archiving graphic and information materials,
-
finding and implementing new ways of reaching audiences
-
keeping statistics;
-
reporting on the results of activities;
-
working with other team members on ongoing activities.
