Adolescence is a demanding time – especially when it involves moving home, losing a familiar environment and adapting to a new culture. To help your child understand themselves better, learn to manage their emotions, build healthy relationships and feel more confident in their new reality, the Kalejdoskop Kultur Foundation invites young people to group sessions with a psychologist in a safe circle of their peers.
It is a space where teenagers can talk freely, share their experiences, receive professional support and gain practical skills that make adapting easier.
Programme
The programme consists of 5 practical sessions:
Emotional intelligence – how to recognise your own and other people’s emotions and build emotional resilience.
Cybersecurity and online communication ethics – how to stay safe on the internet, use social media responsibly and keep a balance between the online world and real life.
Self-esteem – how to believe in yourself and stop comparing yourself with others.
Adapting to a new country – how to calm down, reduce anxiety and cope with tension.
Friendship and toxic relationships – how to build healthy relationships and say “no” without fear.
