What happens inside a child… before an emotion appears? And how can we really support them through it? On 22 April we invite you to the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu) for the premiere of the psychoeducational fairy tale “Co huczy w środku?” (What’s Rumbling Inside?) – a story that helps us better understand children’s emotions and needs in a world full of stimuli, technology and tension.
The event, organised by Zaczytani.org, is part of the “Mądrze połączeni” (Wisely Connected) campaign, which supports children and adults in building wellbeing and relationships and in using new technologies mindfully.
At the premiere we will talk about:
– what self-regulation is and why it is so crucial today;
– what really happens in a child’s body after time spent in front of a screen;
– how to help children regain their balance – without punishments or bans;
– how to use a fairy tale as a genuine educational tool at home and at school.
The premiere will be accompanied by a free training session in fairy-tale therapy – a practical and inspiring session for people who work with children.
The training covers:
– the theory and practice of fairy-tale therapy;
– educational and relaxation processes;
– recognising and working with emotions;
– the role of metaphor in learning;
– communication that helps build trust;
– practical lesson plans and methodological tips.
The training materials will help you develop personal and professional relationships and include elements that strengthen trust-based communication.
