Free meeting with a psychologist: “Without Guilt or Burnout: The Psychology of Caring Parenthood”

Parenting always takes a lot of strength, and in times of change this is felt especially keenly. When you have to support your child, manage everyday life and adapt to new circumstances all at once, it is easy to find yourself on the verge of exhaustion – often without even noticing.
ㅤ
This meeting is about how to look after yourself when there is too much on your plate, and how to regain your inner balance without feeling guilty. We will talk about fatigue, boundaries, rest, and how to stay connected with your child while also taking care of your own resources.

When? 24.03, 17:00-19:00
Where? Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu), ul. Świdnicka 19 (the Świdnicka underpass)
Who is it for? Adults and parents who want to understand their children’s learning needs better and find effective ways to support them
Led by: psychologist Angela Tretiakova
Language of the meeting: Ukrainian

Participation is free; places are limited. Registration via the application form is required – click to sign up!ㅤ

This will be a space where you can talk calmly, ask questions, hear about other people’s experiences and find your own ways of getting support. No lectures or advice on “how things should be” – just a professional conversation about the realities parents live with today.

The project “Preventing Violence among Children and Young People in Wrocław’s Primary and Secondary Schools” is co-financed by Wrocław Municipality.
