Free meeting with a psychologist: “Stress in Migration: How It Shows and What Really Helps Parents and Children”
Many families living in migration are under constant strain, even if from the outside it seems that life has already settled down. This state is not always obvious: some people tire more quickly, others have trouble sleeping, and in children it may show up as heightened anxiety, irritability or withdrawal. There is often a feeling that “this should have passed by now”, yet such reactions have their own causes and inner logic.
This meeting will help you better understand how adults and children experience migration stress and what can really help in everyday life.
