2. Join the project “From Adaptation to Integration” – only then will you be officially registered for the classes.
Visit the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu) (ul. Świdnicka 19, underground passage) during the opening hours of the project’s InfoPoint: Monday–Friday: 9:00–16:30, Saturday: 12:00–15:30 Bring documents confirming:
– your legal residence in Poland (passport, PESEL UKR, residence card, visa, etc.)
– your residence in Lower Silesia (tenancy agreement, PIT tax return, employment contract, etc.)
