Filling in the form DOES NOT GUARANTEE a place on the walks. Registration in the project “From Adaptation to Integration – Supporting Third-Country Nationals in the Process of Intercultural Integration in Wrocław” (FEDS) is required.

2. Join the project “From Adaptation to Integration” – only then will you be officially registered for the walks.
Visit the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu) (ul. Świdnicka 19, underground passage) during the opening hours of the project’s InfoPoint:
Mon – 9:00-16:30
Tue – 9:00-16:30
Wed – 9:00-16:30
Thu – 9:00-18:45
Fri – 9:00-16:30
Sat – 12:00-15:30
Bring 2 documents* confirming:
– your legal residence in Poland (e.g. passport, PESEL UKR, residence card, visa, etc.)
– your place of residence in Lower Silesia (e.g. tenancy agreement, employment contract, PIT tax return, utility bill, etc.).
*These documents are needed to confirm that you are eligible to take part in the project.
