In cooperation with the Kalejdoskop Kultur Foundation, Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu) is launching a series of support meetings for intercultural assistants, starting in September. These supervision meetings will take place once a month, and the group is limited to 20 participants. The meetings are held in Ukrainian.
“Conflict-Free Communication – an Individual Approach to Understanding Pupils’ Needs”
Through group work, intercultural assistants will receive professional psychological advice on their specific cases and develop constructive strategies for dealing with difficulties in school interactions. They will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and receive the psychological support they need, helping them to rebuild their resources for continued effective work.

At the meeting, we will:
• Discuss conflicts in groups of children and ways of resolving them (mobbing, bullying, discrimination);
• Learn effective strategies for working with parents (non-violent communication, mediation);
• Explore stress management techniques (techniques for stabilising emotional states, self-regulation, preventing burnout);
• Consider how to provide emotional support to pupils (defusing aggression, helping with adaptation and reintegration).
