Are you looking for a place where your child can make new friends, understand themselves better and learn to build healthy relationships with others?
The Kalejdoskop Kultur Foundation invites young people aged 14-16 to a series of 5 intercultural meetings at the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu). Their aim is to develop leadership attitudes and skills in responsible communication, cooperation, dialogue, conflict resolution and building relationships based on respect. Participants will learn through interactive exercises, teamwork, simulations and group conversations held in a safe space that encourages personal growth and free self-expression. The sessions will be led by experienced psychologists.
Programme
1) A safe start: getting to know each other, agreeing on shared rules, and building trust and a sense of responsibility for a good atmosphere in the group.
2) Empathy and responsible communication: how to better understand yourself and others, communicate respectfully and develop elements of nonviolent communication.
3) Boundaries and assertiveness: how to express your opinion, say “no” without feeling guilty, respond to peer pressure and gain influence without dominating others.
4) Conflict and cooperation: how to hold a dialogue, solve problems together, prevent conflicts from escalating and build understanding within the group.
5) Leadership in practice: a joint team project that develops responsibility, cooperation, initiative and the ability to act for the good of the group.
