How can we support children, young people and families in a multicultural school environment? How can we build good relationships, respond to crises and conflicts, and strengthen integration?

The Kalejdoskop Kultur Foundation invites you to the Laboratory – a comprehensive training programme that develops the skills needed to work in a multicultural school environment. The programme was designed with intercultural assistants in mind, but school staff in the broadest sense and anyone working with children and young people in an intercultural setting are also welcome to take part.

Who is it for?

We particularly welcome:

– intercultural assistants,
– school counsellors,
– psychologists,
– teachers and form tutors,
– people supporting children and young people with experience of migration,
– people working in multicultural school teams and communities,
– staff of organisations and institutions running educational, integration and psychosocial activities for children and young people.

When and where?

When? 29 September – 1 December 2026
The programme consists of 6 thematic blocks and 12 training modules – 48 training hours in total (36 clock hours).
