About the club

The “Ukrainian Book Club” was founded at the end of 2021 by three Ukrainian writers: Yaroslava Lytvyn, Anna Demina and Larysa Rudak. They were later joined by another writer, Jana-Maria Kushnerova. Since September 2023 the meetings have been held at Passage of Dialogue. We read and discuss contemporary and classic prose, both Ukrainian and international. What we read is up to each of you, as participants suggest the books for discussion themselves.

We talk in Ukrainian, so it is a great opportunity for anyone living in a Polish-speaking environment to improve their Ukrainian.
