Ukrainian Book Club at the Passage of Dialogue

We warmly invite everyone to the monthly meetings of the Ukrainian Book Club, where we explore and delve into a wide range of literature.

The Ukrainian Book Club was founded at the end of 2021 by three Ukrainian writers: Yaroslava Lytvyn, Anna Demina and Larysa Rudak. They were later joined by another writer, Jana-Maria Kushnerova. Since September 2023 the meetings have been held at the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu). We read and discuss contemporary and classic Ukrainian and international prose. What we read is up to you, as participants themselves suggest the books for discussion.

We talk in Ukrainian, so it is a great opportunity for anyone living in a Polish-speaking environment to brush up their Ukrainian. Free entry, no registration needed!

Next meeting: 06.03.2026, 17:30-19:30
Where? Passage of Dialogue, ul. Świdnicka 19 (Świdnicka underpass)
Book of the month: Vira Kuryko, “Letytsia Kuriata and All Her Imaginary Lovers to Whom She Lied About Her Father”
