Join us for a free information meeting on breastfeeding that will help you tell myths from proven knowledge and feel calmer and more confident, even when difficulties arise. An experienced doula will talk about the benefits of breastfeeding and the physiology of lactation, as well as common problems and ways of solving them.
The meeting will be useful both for women who are just preparing to breastfeed and for those who already have experience and would like to learn more or solve a particular problem. Partners and loved ones are also welcome, so that they can properly support the mother in breastfeeding.
Led by: Olga Merkulova – an experienced doula who supports women through pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period, and a lactation consultant; in private life she is a mother of 7 with 15 years’ experience of breastfeeding.
