Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu), together with Varsztatovnia , invites you to join a meeting – Young Adults Circle in Wrocław. It is a safe and empathetic space for sharing your emotions, experiences, difficulties and life challenges. You will have the chance to talk about what we are going through, what emotions we feel, what problems we are struggling with and how we experience our lives.

When? 23 February, 16:30-20:00

Where? Passage of Dialogue, Świdnicka 19 (underpass)

Who is it for? People aged 20-26, regardless of gender

Registration required: registration link

Topic of the meeting: close relationships – partnership, friendship and family. We will talk about how hard or easy it is to build and strengthen them, and how the people closest to us can bring both joy and sadness into our lives. We will reflect on our own definition of ‘close relationships’ and share what they mean to us. These topics will be the starting point for sharing our experiences.

From the organisers:

The Young Adults Circle focuses above all on issues close to us – people entering adult life: the challenges we face, the new roles we take on and our relationships with others. The circle is not a substitute for therapy, but it can have a therapeutic effect through being listened to by the group. If you don’t want to say anything during the circle and just come to listen – that’s OK too!

What does a circle meeting look like? We meet in a group of a dozen or so people. First, together with the circle’s facilitator, we agree on the ground rules our circle will be based on. Together we create an understanding and safe atmosphere. Then we introduce ourselves and share the expectations and motivations we have come with. Once we have got to know each other a little better, we move on to the main circle practice, in which each person is given space to speak freely and without interruption, with the facilitator’s support. The aim is to learn about other perspectives and to share our own experiences.
