Did you know that good, harmonious family relationships are one of the most important ingredients of a happy life? But how do you maintain that harmony when distance from loved ones has become an inseparable part of our modern world? We will talk about this at the psychoeducational meeting “Long-Distance Family Relationships” with psychologist Yuliia Sulaieva.

During the meeting we will:
• reflect on the six stages of relationship development;
• talk about the specific nature and challenges of long-distance relationships;
• identify problems and look for ways to strengthen relationships;
• learn methods for maintaining an emotional connection;
• learn how to build trust and support one another from a distance;
• work out an individual “trust plan” to strengthen relationships and overcome possible conflicts.
