Psychological resilience is a person’s ability to cope with difficult life events and to recover from hardship or stress. During the meeting we will look at the factors that strengthen our resilience. When do we need to set boundaries? And when should we be flexible?

Join us for a psychoeducational meeting where, together with experienced psychologist Oksana Stopkina, we will learn techniques that will help you:

– Strengthen your ability to adapt to life’s challenges;
– Learn methods of self-awareness and self-reflection;
– Learn mindfulness techniques to reduce stress;
– Develop communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships;
– Discover special techniques for quieting negative thinking and improving emotional wellbeing.

These tools will help participants become more resilient in the face of life’s challenges, boost their self-confidence and support personal growth.
