09.02 | Art Therapy for Women

Stress, crisis and loss leave their mark — but very often they bring something more with them, too. In this session we invite you into a safe, creative space where you can look at how your mind responds to difficult experiences, and at the resources, new meanings and inner strength that can emerge from them.

We focus not on the pain itself, but on the process of adaptation, recovery and growth, which often goes unnoticed or undervalued. Metaphorical associative cards and elements of art therapy will help you approach important issues in a gentle, unobtrusive way and see them from a new perspective.

Important!
