03.11 | Art Therapy for Women

Write a letter… to yourself!

Join us for another art therapy session for women, during which:

We will learn the technique of therapeutic letter writing.

We will write a letter to ourselves – from the past, the present or the future.

We will bring hidden experiences to the surface and offer ourselves support through words.

We will talk about the feelings that come up while writing.

We will end the session with the “Letter to Myself” technique as a form of inner dialogue.
