06.10 | Art therapy for women

At our upcoming art therapy session, we will try to capture our ideal safe place in a collage. We will also:

Reflect on what a sense of safety means to us.

Use visualisation to immerse ourselves in an atmosphere of harmony and inner peace.

Share our work and talk about how to build a sense of safety in everyday life.

Close the session with a relaxing breathing practice to help us calm down and regain our balance.
