09.12, 16.12 | Traditional Straw “Spider” Ornament

Straw “spiders” – traditional hanging ornaments – are a shared element of Polish, Ukrainian and Belarusian folk tradition. Regarded for centuries as amulets protecting the home and family from all evil, they are a unique symbol of harmony and good energy.

Join us for a workshop on making a traditional Christmas straw spider. Discover the magic of our shared Slavic heritage and create your own straw ornament that will fill your home with festive warmth.
