16.06 | Art therapy for women

On 16 June, we will be holding what may well be one of our most uplifting art therapy sessions!

What will we do?

Visualise a day on which we feel happy and fulfilled.

Do an art exercise to help us recognise our own resources and sources of support.

Explore how to create “small joys” even in difficult circumstances.

Share ideas about what helps us find joy in life.

Close the session with an exercise to reinforce a positive mood.

Important!
