17.11 | Art Therapy for Women

Join us for another art therapy session for women! What will we be doing?

We will visualise a day on which we feel happy and fulfilled.

We will do an art exercise to help us recognise our own resources and sources of support.

We will explore how to create “small joys” even in difficult circumstances.

We will share ideas about what helps us find joy in life.

We will end the session with an exercise to reinforce a positive mood.
