21.02 | Art Therapy for Women

Join us for a creative psychology session in which you can explore your inner world through the metaphor of a geographical map.

Using art therapy techniques, we will draw an outline map of our own personality: its borders, resources, difficult areas, points of growth and inner landscapes. It is a space for deepening your awareness of yourself, your boundaries, your directions of growth and your inner sources of support.

The session combines psychology, imagination and creativity. No artistic skills are needed — all that matters is a willingness to get to know yourself.
