We invite you to an educational meeting for parents of children aged 7–9, held as part of the “Strengthening Parenting Skills” programme run by the Department of Health. At the meeting, together with an experienced psychologist, we will discuss key aspects of family interaction and offer practical tools for bringing up your child.

At the meeting:
• We will discuss the main principles of effective communication between parents and children;
• We will learn ways of improving mutual understanding in the family;
• We will talk about current thinking on parenting and working together with children;
• We will consider self-help strategies and ways of preventing conflict.
