“Social Urbanism”: a series of walks for children, “Wrocław from the Beginning”

Join us for the third walk in the “Wrocław from the Beginning” series: “Social Urbanism”.

How does a city work? Who is responsible for it and who builds it? We will talk about a barrier-free city: for children, adults and people with different needs. We will explain the complexities of urban planning, infrastructure and budgets in a very simple way!

“Wrocław from the Beginning” is a series of walks for Ukrainian-speaking families that will introduce children (aged 6-11) and their parents/carers to the history and present of the capital of Lower Silesia. We will find out what life was like in medieval Wrocław, get to know our islands and bridges (both physical and metaphorical) and see how the city works.

The walks will be led by a licensed Ukrainian-speaking Wrocław tour guide – Khrystyna Podolian.
