In cooperation with the Kalejdoskop Kultur Foundation, a series of support meetings for intercultural assistants begins at the Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu) in September. These supervision sessions will take place once a month, and each group is limited to 20 participants. The meetings are held in Ukrainian.
Supervision for intercultural assistants and school staff working with children with migration experience
During the group sessions, intercultural assistants will receive professional psychological advice on their specific cases and will develop constructive strategies for dealing with difficulties in their interactions at school. They will have the opportunity to share their own experience and will also receive the psychological support they need, helping them to replenish their resources for continued effective work.

• Learn effective strategies for working with parents (non-violent communication, mediation);
• Explore stress management techniques (techniques for stabilising emotional states, self-regulation, preventing burnout);
• Consider how to provide emotional support to pupils (defusing aggression, helping with adaptation and reintegration).
