“What We Keep Silent About” – a psychological workshop

Warsztat psychoedukacyjny w Przejściu Dialogu

Have you ever wondered how silence affects your relationships with others? How avoiding difficult subjects shapes your well-being and the way you communicate? If so, this workshop is for you!

In early November, Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu) will host the psychological workshop “What We Keep Silent About”. Together, we will look at the phenomenon of “figures of silence” and their impact on our lives. We will explore how we cope with difficult conversations and how we can build more open and authentic communication.

The workshop will be led by Nadiya Bera – an experienced psychologist and Gestalt therapist who will help us understand why we sometimes choose silence and how we can talk effectively about things that often seem too difficult.

When? 5 November | 17:00-19:00
Where? Passage of Dialogue (Świdnicka 19)
Free admission!
