As social divisions and polarisation grow ever deeper, it is worth developing the skills needed to build dialogue. This training is an introduction to building dialogue using the methods of the Nansen Center for Peace. We will consider how dialogue differs from debate. We will talk about questioning techniques that help get to the heart of the matter and open up the people you are talking to. We will also work with tools that are useful for analysing conflicts.
