08.12 | Art Therapy for Women

Join us for an art therapy session in which we will look together at how psychological projection affects our everyday lives.

What awaits you:
– We will talk about projection, devaluation and other defence mechanisms
– We will watch film scenes or recall real-life situations in which projection was at work
– We will do an exercise to help you recognise your own defence mechanisms
– We will consider how to recognise and transform destructive patterns of behaviour
– We will end the session with a self-reflection practice and the creative task “My True Feelings”

Want to understand yourself better? Come along! A warm, safe and creative atmosphere awaits you 💛
