21.03 | Art Therapy for Women

We invite you to a therapeutic session devoted to exploring your inner world through literature and reading.

The books we choose often reflect our experiences, needs and searches, as well as themes we are not yet aware of. In a safe and supportive space, we will look at what we read or would like to pick up, and at what these choices say about us at this stage of our lives.

This will not be literary analysis, but gentle art therapy work with the images, words and meanings that particularly move us and resonate with us here and now.

No artistic skills are needed — all it takes is curiosity about yourself and a willingness to engage in inner dialogue.
