From October, newcomers to Wrocław will be able to get free advice at the new information point at Passage of Dialogue (Przejście Dialogu).
How can I get advice?
Our advisers will answer migrants’ questions about legalising their stay and work, administrative matters (e.g. obtaining a PESEL number, registering your address, exchanging a driving licence), renting a flat and looking for a job, healthcare, and education for children and adults.
Advice sessions at Passage of Dialogue are available on:
- Mondays, 13:00–17:00
- Tuesdays, 13:00–17:00
- Fridays, 9:00–13:00
Each session is one-to-one and may last 20–40 minutes, depending on your question. You can book a specific date and time by calling 538 579 517 or by using the online registration form: https://przejsciedialogu.wcrs.wroclaw.pl/formularz-zgloszeniowy/. Booking is not compulsory – you can also simply come to Passage of Dialogue during opening hours and wait until an adviser is available.
Advice is given in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
The only condition is that you fill in a short paper questionnaire just before speaking to the adviser. Information for migrants at Passage of Dialogue is provided by staff of the WroMigrant information and activity point and the Migrant Rights Institute (Instytut Praw Migrantów). On other days, advice will also be offered by other Wrocław organisations – details of their sessions coming soon.
See you there!
