Look for similarities, not differences – a meeting with Malek Odeh

How should we talk about armed conflict? How should we respond when it is happening far away from us? Are demonstrations effective? How can we speak so as to attract the attention of so-called public opinion? Is it possible to fight for dignity and the right to life with words?
Our guest will be Malek Odeh – a Palestinian, a student at Wrocław Medical University and an activist. The conversation will start from short films made by film school students from Palestine. The meeting will be hosted by Maciej Mandelt.
Registration for the meeting at Passage of Dialogue: maciej.mandelt@nomada.info.pl (please write a few sentences about why you would like to take part)
Type of event: film screenings + conversation with the guest
